If you get no response when reporting a matter
to one of these agencies, either by phone or by
stopping at the agency’s office, consider putting
the matter in writing addressing it to the
agency from which you have not gotten
any response and copy it to the local
governing body over it. For the town of
Bath, address a copy to the Town Council.
Elsewhere in Morgan County, address a
copy to the Morgan County Commission.
Be sure to send your letters to these
agencies certified mail so you have proof
it was received and of when it was received.
If that does not net you results. Get the press
involved but sending description of the issue
and your efforts to get assistance with it from
the agencies responsible to the local newspaper.
