How you can help the cats and dogs at HSMC:
HSMC is in desperate need of volunteers to help walk dogs and play with them in the fenced in play yards behind the dog runs. The dogs need to get out daily and have that human contact if possible, otherwise they have a hard time being adopted. They need time to exercise in the play yards and/or be walked. We also need volunteers to come to the cattery to play with and groom the cats. If you have the time, even one hour a week, please call the shelter at 304-258-5592.
